Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or networking industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are advantageous
- Required skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics
- Creative and innovative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.

- Digital Strategy Development
- Plan, implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. • Stay up to date with the latest trends, emerging platforms and industry best practices in digital marketing.
- Social Media Management
- Oversee and grow the company’s presence across key platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Rednote (XHS), LinkedIn and the official website.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Content Creation
- Create engaging written, visual and video content tailored for social media, newsletters and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Campaign Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across social media. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

- Strong creative planning and content ideation skills
