What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure all onboarding documentation is properly completed.
- HR Operations
- Maintain up-to-date employee records including attendance, leave, and personal data.
- Manage payroll inputs such as overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Assist with handling employee grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and organize employee activities, engagement events, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee learning progress.
- Maintain training and certification records to support employee growth.
- Office & Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting setups, and accommodation bookings.
- Ensure office equipment maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare HR and admin reports, while ensuring strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required by the company or your superior.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building a career as an HR generalist are encouraged to apply!
- Preferably 2–4 years of working experience in general HR; experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and payroll systems is a plus.
- Proficient in HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
