• Based in Johor
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Work 5 days a week

• Establish and uphold Quality Management System (QMS) procedures in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
• Regularly review and update internal systems and procedures to ensure they meet external certification requirements, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and others.
• Monitor and refine QMS processes to guarantee compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations.
• Identify quality system challenges and implement corrective and preventive measures to drive ongoing improvement.
• Assist in and coordinate process enhancement initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams to boost quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage ISO certification programs, ensuring smooth audits and full adherence to industry standards.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering field.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Hands-on experience in quality analysis, problem resolution, project management, and customer audits.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, implement Quality Management Systems, and liaise with certification bodies.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
