**Job Scope:**

The Business Development Intern will play a pivotal role in identifying and enhancing market prospects for **soybean wax, beeswax, and paraffin waxes**. Responsibilities will encompass **market research, lead generation, sales strategy assistance**, and building relationships in sectors such as cosmetics, candle-making, food processing, and industrial applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**
  • Perform market analysis on demand patterns for **natural and synthetic waxes** across various sectors.
  • Examine competitor products, pricing models, and shifting consumer trends (e.g., sustainability in wax manufacturing).
  • Pinpoint key market segments for opportunities for growth.
  1. **Lead Generation & Client Outreach**
  • Identify potential **buyers, distributors, and manufacturers** that utilize wax-based products through social media, online research, and industry associations.
  • Support outreach initiatives through email marketing, networking events, and business presentations.
  • Ensure CRM databases are current with customer insights and potential sales leads.
  1. **Sales & Business Strategy Support**
  • Aid in crafting **sales proposals and pricing strategies** for various wax types.
  • Create product presentations that emphasize the **advantages of soybean wax, beeswax, and paraffin wax** in diverse applications.
  • Monitor industry trends, including regulations impacting the wax market (e.g., sustainable sourcing and food-grade certifications).
  1. **Partnership & Supply Chain Development**
  • Investigate potential **collaborations with candle makers, cosmetic brands, food manufacturers, and industrial companies** that utilize wax.
  • Connect with wax suppliers and refiners to enhance procurement strategies.
  • Participate in industry trade shows or webinars to strengthen business relations.
  1. **Operational & Administrative Support**
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on product positioning and marketing tactics.
  • Assist in documenting and reporting on business development efforts.
  • Help create content for **business presentations, social media, and online marketing** related to wax products.
**Key Qualifications & Skills:**
  • Demonstrated analytical and **market research abilities**.
  • Strong interest in **cosmetics, candle-making, food coatings, and industrial wax applications**.
  • Exceptional communication and **networking skills**.
