- Have high enthusiasm for sales work and customer service fields;
- Have fluent English & Chinese communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals;
- Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales;
- Respond to and answer users' online inquiries in a timely manner to establish ongoing customer relationships;
- Maintain and develop each assigned customer online and offline with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve;
- Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers;
- Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback;
- Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems;
- Work proactively, Comply with arrangements of superiors, and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.
