Flash Malaysia Express is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team! This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within the logistics industry while contributing to the success of our organization.

1. Finance

1. Human Resources

• Handle end-to-end mass hiring for frontline
• Internship start date of June/ July is welcome
• HR or Business Administration background interns are welcome to apply

1. Employee & Industrial Relations Internship (IR) (1 opening)

• Handle disciplinary issue, grievance and absence management.
• Assist to provide solutions according to company policy and labour laws

1. Customer Service Internship

• Proactive client engagement and relationship management
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries and ensure positive customer experience
• Note: 5 working days, rotational off day (Thursday & Sunday/ Friday & Saturday)

1. Logistics

• Monitoring parcel status by identifying suspicious activities based on CCTV footage.
• Detect security and protocol breaches and create investigation reports

• Track parcel delivery times, success rates, and generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and improvement areas.
• Logistics/ Supply Chain or Business Analytics background interns are welcome.
• Pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any related field with the positions above.
• Mandatory internship under university requirements.
• Proficient in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Display enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with various departments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fast-paced thinker and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
