Ampang Jaya - Operations Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operation Executive to support the operations team in managing stock, inventory, warehouse coordination, and spare parts monitoring. This role is critical in ensuring that operational processes run smoothly, inventory is well-maintained, and logistics are executed eficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels across multiple warehouse locations.
2. Support regular stock counts and reconciliation exercises, and assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in stock records.
3. Coordinate returns from cancelled or reworked jobs, ensuring accurate tracking and proper inventory updates.
4. Ensure availability of installation spare parts and tools through regular monitoring, replenishment planning, and coordination with vendors.
5. Assist with warehouse-related activities, including stock movement, item tracking, and documentation to support day-to-day operations.
6. Prepare and manage delivery orders, installation notes, and other documents to support field teams and job completion tracking.
7. Assist in reviewing and verifying supplier or warehouse invoices for accuracy before submission to management.
8. Conduct regular checks on technician vans to ensure tools and spare parts are complete, functional, and accounted for
9. Summarize and report usage of spare parts and tools, and ensure all records are aligned with system entries and stock outflow.
10. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, and other departments to support the smooth execution of installation and service operations.
11. Study and analyze all stock and part defect trend, report to Managing Director and related party.
12. Sampling check on arrived stocks, spare parts, and tools on its quality and ensure complete assembling.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in operations or warehouse management is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
