- Educational Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Additional certification in office administration, supply chain management, or facility maintenance.
- Basic understanding of maintenance terminology (helpful but not always required).
- Work Experience
- Entry-level: 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, inventory control, or maintenance coordination.
- Preferred: Previous work in a maintenance department, facility management, or warehouse/logistics.
- Familiarity with work order systems (e.g, SQL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) for record-keeping.
- Ability to read and update maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
- Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and supply tracking.
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
