• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment events.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes
• Exposure to various industries and networking opportunities
