Internship Logistics and Supply Chain Intern

Duration : 3 - 6 months

Role Purpose

Your tasks will include preparing briefs and presentations for meetings, managing files, and learning about the intricacies of supply chain planning. By the end of this internship, you will have developed a solid understanding of supply chain operations, stakeholder management, and the broader FMCG industry.

Key Accountabilities

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Assist in coordinating with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Preparation of Briefs and Presentations:

• Prepare and organize meeting briefs, presentations, and supporting documents to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Project Management Support:

• Provide support in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Learning and Development:

• Acquire knowledge of the planning process, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Files Management:

• Maintain and organize files and documentation related to project management and planning activities.

Customer Service and Logistics Insights:

• Gain exposure to customer service operations and logistics functions to understand their impact on the overall supply chain.
