Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies or any field of study or equivalent.

Preferable 2 years relevant experience in sales administration in property development.
Requires skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
Possess own transport.
Good in interpersonal skill and can work independently.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
To coordinate with Sales & Marketing department to ensure Sales & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements are executed and stamped expeditiously.
To liaise with purchaser, banker and lawyer as well as follow up and pursue for earliest legal advice and disbursement.
To follow up and pursue for earliest legal advise and disbursement.
To monitor and coordinate SPA, Loan Application, delivery of vacant possession and issuance of title.
To keep track of progress collection and loan documentations.
To attend and take appropriate action to resolve debtors; such as monitoring default payments and issuing reminders in accordance with payment terms.
Proactive in identifying and resolve potential difficult debtors’ accounts.
To update SPA & Loan List weekly & prepare aging report.
To assist in the company administrative function.
To assist in the execution of the marketing event.
