about the role

They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to Director to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handling the Director's correspondence (emails, letters), drafting documents, and filtering inquiries.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring presentation materials are ready for the Director.
  • Providing diverse support, including preparing presentations, arranging events, managing travel, and maintaining calendars.
  • Overseeing office functioning, managing supplies, and maintaining the project library.
  • Organizing the Director's personal matters and ensuring effective recording of business information.

about the team/manager

You will be reporting directly to the Director.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
