- Valid insurance license is preferable
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Attend training to learn product knowledge, selling skills, performance monitoring
- Promote and sell insurance products including auto, home, health, life, and commercial policies.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Assess the needs of prospective clients and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, coverage limits, premiums, and benefits to clients.
- Process applications, issue quotes, and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage policy renewals or changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product changes, and company policies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
