- Individuals must be independent, hardworking, self-motivated, well organized, and disciplined.
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Computer literacy is essential, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn
- Handle walk-in, online, or call enquiry
- Build in-depth relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service in responding to general and custom client requests/projects via phone, and email.
- Recommend suitable uniforms for clients
- Retail stock take and inventory replenishment
- Work closely with the sales and production team.
- To handle customers’ feedback professionally.
