Your future employer is a well-established property developer specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. They are expanding their team and looking for talented individuals to drive the company's success.

• Conduct market research to understand demand, and develop a feasible leasing plan for retail spaces.
• Lead and guide the leasing department to meet targets for the company’s property portfolio.
• Oversee and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy to maximize revenue and returns.
• Drive increased occupancy and gross income through strategic leasing and marketing plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, partners, and existing tenants.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue and leasing goals, aligning client results with team KPIs and the company’s broader business strategy.
• Liaise with tenants and coordinate with internal teams, including Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance departments.
• Manage lease negotiations and contract execution, ensuring legal compliance. Collaborate with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements, including landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
• Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize property financial performance.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in mall and/or commercial leasing, with a proven track record of securing tenants and retailers.
• Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
