Ampang Jaya - Senior Sales Executive (Total Logistics)

Job Overview:

This role supports the Sales Manager in developing strategies to drive business growth and maintain key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company goals in freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Track sales performance and report to the Sales Manager regularly.
• Assist in pricing, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
• Minimum SPM qualification onwards in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics solutions (e.g., ocean freight, air freight, land transport, warehousing).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
