Senior Lecturer / Lecturer - Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in the area of Business, Accounting, IT, Hospitality, Logistics, Health Science, Psychology, Nursing, Tourism Management and Pharmacy to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their subject area, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for our students.

As a Lecturer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality lectures and seminars in your subject area.
• Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Conducting research and publishing findings in academic journals.
• Teaching and providing academic support, ensuring that programs are delivered according to prescribed standards/quality.
• Applying diverse teaching pedagogies to meet student needs effectively.
• Participating in the development, administration, and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Advising and mentoring students on academic and career matters.
• Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current in your field.
• Collaborating with colleagues on research projects and academic initiatives.
• Assisting in the organization of academic events and workshops.
• Master’s degree or PhD in the relevant field.
• Proven teaching experience at the higher education level.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
