Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (7-10k)

At least 2-3 year of HR experience.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin.
- Diploma or higher education is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with Employment Law, HR policies, and procedures.
- Experience in various recruitment and resource management.
- Handle Payroll for the company
- Manage and Maintain Employee Data in the Human Resources System, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including but not limited to account creation for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
- Provide General Administrative Support to the company, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of office supplies, and replenishing pantry items.
- Responsible for Recruitment Projects
- Prepare HR-related Letters and Memos
- Manage Labor Contracts and Employee Filing
- Perform Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by the manager.
