  • Update daily attendance reports
  • Handles the daily administrative and HR duties
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Coordinate foreign worker's work permit renewal/end contract/hostel management
  • To handle disciplinary issues, workers counselling
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
