Account Cum Admin Executive

To handle Financial & Accounting Management
- To ensure Account Receivable, Account Payable, Bank Reconciliation, E-Invoice submission are performed in accordingly as per the deadline and in good manner
- Responsible for daily, monthly and yearly accounts processing related work.
- Preparation and submission of accounting report.
- Responsible to keep track petty cash.
- Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor when needed.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
- Office administration, data management and organising files.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, finance operations, or administrative support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., UBS, SQL, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.
