Accounts Receivable Manager (Education)

A well established private university looking for a career minded accounts receivable manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Financial Reporting for the role and you will have 2 subordinates directly reporting to you.

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable process
• Ensure proper documentation of revenue and collections
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing, account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of management reports;
• Ensure AR journal postings are accurate and complete on time

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in accounts receivable and revenue recognition
• Pure shared service candidates are not suitable
• Experience in education industry will be an added advantage ...
