Education

Experience
  • 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the F&B or restaurant industry
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with IFCA system is an advantage

Inventory Control
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Control costs and minimize wastage
  • Ensure the quality and safety of all purchased materials
Procurement Operations
  • Carry out daily procurement tasks such as price comparisons, order placements, and issuing purchase orders
  • Prepare relevant purchasing documentation for the finance team
  • Maintain close communication with the kitchen and store manager to ensure timely supply of materials
Negotiation Skills
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals
Order Handling
  • Process purchase requests promptly and follow up on order status
  • Inspect the quality of received goods
Record Management
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and quantities
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Project Support
  • Assist project teams in material planning and cost control
