We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Key Account Executive to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue.
The Key Account Executive is responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of products to service the retailers under supervision to the agreed company standards.

- Manage and build strong partnership and positive working relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and activities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options including business opportunities for the brands by forecasting promotions and launches.
- Ensure profitability & growth of the account assigned by the management.
- Achieve sales target set by the management.
- Maintains consistent market visits for sales, marketing and promotional events monitoring as well as review competitor’s activities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities with customers in line with company’s strategy and direction.
- Close monitoring on Retailers’ Purchases, Stock Inventory, Return Stocks and Slow-Moving Items.
- Coordinate and assist in implementation of sales promotions and monitor accounts’ performance against marketing plan.
- Provide annual, quarter and monthly sales goals forecast.
- Execute sales plan, prepare forecast and sales report.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business, or any related field.
- At least two (2) years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies. Experience in beauty and cosmetics would be a plus.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Flexible thinkers who can generate new ideas and business solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Team player with pleasant personality and good attitude to establish good working relation with internal and external parties.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Independent, proactive, mature, able to meet deadlines and under minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
