Main Responsibilities:
- Provide and assist support to end users on enquiries to HRMS/ Accounting Software via phone call/ email / remote assistance.
- Assist Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform data migration works if necessary
- Conduct product (Software) training to end users
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
- Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions
Main Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong interest in Human Resource Payroll System or Customer Support.
- Strong in communication skills, including English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
