Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and timely update of employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents and correspondences.
  • Handle attendance and leave record management
  • Perform payroll processing and complete within the timeline.
  • Ensure timely statutory submissions such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc.
  • Liaise with the authorities when necessary, and handle grant application..
  • Assist in developing and implementing company policies, rules and regulations, and ensure the enforcement and compliance of Company Handbook & Policies.
  • Advise the management on HR related regulations, laws, policies, processes, and other guidelines.
  • Assist to maintain workplace discipline.
  • Plan and organize staff welfare activities.
  • Manage employee claims.
  • Respond to employee on HR related queries and requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day general office administration and operations.
  • Assist Sales Consultant for issuing of Invoice and collection.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • At least 5 years and above of experience in a similar HR generalist or administration role, ideally within the construction industrial.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
