To source, liaise, negotiate terms & conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendor and suppliers

To enquire and obtain quotation and procure construction materials / equipment / services from vendor and suppliers
To prepare cost comparison analysis & statistic between potential suppliers
To handle on purchasing requisition, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing
To oversee purchasing operation
To coordinate with transporter / vendor / supplier to ensure delivery on time and in good condition
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the BOD.
Candidate must posses at least Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing / Business Administration or suitably recognized field that is applicable
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction related is required for this position.
Good knowledge in construction procurement processes
Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately.
