Customer Service Representative - Petaling Jaya

Diploma or equivalent education

• Experience in beauty or salon industry preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
• Customer service and support skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries while possessing problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage appointments between customers and the salon front desk, address customer feedback issues, maintain customer records
• Communicate comprehensively with customers through various channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, xhs).
