Clerk, Parts Warehouse

Company :

1. To carry out daily picking release (Express Picking in AX) for Customer and Service.
2. Register Arrival Journal for inbound items.
3. To manage daily documents in warehouse for Picking and Packing.
4. To assist on inbound sorting when the absence of warehouseman.
5. To assist on D/A issuance for transporter when the absence of warehouseman (Sales or stock distribution to branch in Sarawak region).
6. To update location in AX. Ensure location in system is align to physical location.
7. To assist on stock binning, picking and packing when needed.
8. To request parts return approval when physical item has inspected by warehouseman.
9. Housekeeping in warehouse - To ensure warehouse is swept and rubbish disposed daily and observation of general cleanliness in warehouse.
10. To assist on Surplus return and Obsolete Dead Stock.
11. To assist on Reman worn core inspection.
12. To assist on Reman matter in CMIS2 and document required for shipment processing.
13. To assist on worn core return to Cat Reman, Singapore.
14. To carry out Cat fluid & Powerlube weekly stock check.
15. To assist on stock count whenever is required.
16. To assist on DA issuance for Stock Indent and Lube Oil distribution to branches in Sarawak region during the absence of warehouseman.
17. To prepare warehouse report for any discrepancy or damage.
18. To manage filing (the acknowledgement receipt by customer/service on Packing Slip).
19. To arrange transportation for inter-branch transfer when required.
20. To prepare courier tracking reference daily.
21. To manage/purchase the packing material in warehouse.

Familiarize with all warehouse processes and able to attend any task within warehouse job scope.
