Execute clerical and fundamental accounting responsibilities.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and key documents.
  • Carry out daily accounting activities that aid the financial team.
  • Prepare Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Conduct bank transactions as directed by the supervisor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a role as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and demonstrating strong accountability.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related profession.
