✨ Job Description
As our Project & Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with the CEO as one of the first few core team members to manage projects end-to-end.

This means you’ll have real ownership, hands-on experience across multiple areas, and a direct role in shaping the company’s future.
You will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, handling simple proposals, managing fulfillment, and ensuring client satisfaction after deals are closed.
This is a hybrid role — mostly remote, with the flexibility to come in when needed for fulfillment activities.
Top performers will have a clear track to a Head of Operations role within 12–24 months.
Your work will touch multiple areas of operations so that you gain a complete overview of how projects, clients, suppliers, and fulfillment come together.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare simple proposals for clients
- Coordinate project fulfillment and logistics
- Communicate with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Manage timelines and ensure expectations are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly
- Drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
- Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of work experience in project coordination, sourcing, operations, client servicing, or related fields (fresh graduate do give it a shot too!)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a startup-like environment
- Must be based in Malaysia, preferably able to commute to the office (Klang Valley) when needed for fulfillment tasks
- Strong ownership mentality — "I will figure it out" attitude
- Passion for sustainability, community impact, or working with marginalized groups is a bonus
- Good negotiation and sourcing skills
- Strong project coordination and time management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Proactive mindset — anticipate needs before being asked
- Comfortable dealing with both suppliers and corporate clients
