Inventory Procurement Executive - Ampang Jaya

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Inventory cum Procurement Executive. This role involves managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or a similar role.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems/software.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order, monitor, and maintain inventory levels to support business operations.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Record and update stock movements and adjustments in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory planning and forecasting.
• Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete items for clearance or reallocation.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for procurement and inventory activities.
