Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
- Willingness to travel, candidate are expected to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Candidate will be exposed to the following market in an ascending order: Klang Valley, East & West Malaysia, South East Asia Region, International.
- Candidate must possess own transport & valid driving license.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop a customer base and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Good proficiency in English. Mandarin is mandatory , as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experienced in social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Collaborate with M&E consultants and specify for products during the designing stage of new projects to ensure that our products are favourably positioned for success.
- Build and maintain close working relationship and foster effective communication with M&E consultants, developers, owners, and distributors.
- Monitor project execution between the factory and the distributor's project team after receiving new order from distributors.
- Responsible for forecasting monthly sales invoice (revenue) and purchase order (PO), align with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
- Keep track and follow up on potential project status, gathering all required and relevant data, update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.
- Keep our immediate superior continuously informed about project follow-up status, highlighting challenges and opportunities. Stay on top of new and potential projects, market trends and competitors' movements.
- Be proactive in deploying the EXACT CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for daily planning and reporting, including business calendar for appointments, customer, and project details.
- We will help you to achieve your sales target set by the company by providing product training, continuous professional development, and career progression.
- Identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible and deliver the result within value system of EITA.
