Job Summary:

• The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and organized warehouse, and follows safety guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
• Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and tracking.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to shipping schedules.
• Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if applicable).
• Safety Compliance: Follow company safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of shipments, inventory levels, and damaged goods.
