Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent qualification. Experience using SQL accounting software is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle financial filing, documentation, and paperwork management. Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the finance team effectively.

The Account Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance department with daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
  • Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize SQL accounting system to record and process financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and other accounting documents as required.
  • Ensure all financial documentation and filing are organized and maintained systematically.
  • Support the finance team in financial analysis and problem-solving to improve efficiency.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
