Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for Client Relationship Executive who can build relationships with customers and facilitate renewal sales. Your main tasks will include developing renewal sales funnels as well as servicing clients. Attractive benefits package awaits successful candidates !

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Candidates must posses at least Degree.

• Proven experience in sales, or client relationship management.
• A strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• High level of empathy and a client-centric approach to problem-solving.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive sales by promoting company services to prospective clients and converting inquiries into signed agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
