Product Executive (Beauty Retail)

What you'll do:
As a Product Executive, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy from leading, planning to execution of all marketing initiatives. You will define, develop, and implement compelling 360º marketing plans to achieve sell-out and gain market share goals.Your role will also involve strategizing CRM programs to improve customer journey touchpoints, ensuring new recruitment and customer retention targets are met. You will increase brand salience and visibility through external partnerships. In addition, you will be tasked with developing an omnichannel product marketing strategy with focus on hero products.
- Define, develop, and implement compelling 360º marketing plans

- Lead forecasting and product analytics to support forecast accuracy
- Plan product forecast and stock allocation across all channels
- Analyse competitive trends and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Responsible for A&P budget planning in alignment with brand budget
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Product Executive role should have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital / Management. You should bring along at least 1 year of sound experience in FMCG / beauty / retail / agency / B2C / consumer goods industries.Your knowledge and understanding of offline, online and omni marketing concepts preferably in beauty or luxury industry will be crucial for this role. Excellent communication skills and visual presentation skills are required as you must be able to communicate well with colleagues, media, field staff and consumers on both online and offline platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to details are also essential.
