JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead, monitor, and operate food processing and packaging plants.
- To troubleshoot technical issues at plant and production site.
- To ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards at workplace.
- Possesses Diploma / Professional Certificate / SKM in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production / Process role in Manufacturing industry, experience in Food industry would be added advantage.
- Familiar with Food Safety compliance standards to be implemented in Production (i.e. FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).
