This internship will strengthen your attention to detail and stakeholder management as well as your knowledge of the Finance Shared Services industry

• Input for project/contract (deals) setup in PeopleSoft MyFinance
• Collect and submit contract data
• Manage/monitor query resolution related to Contract Management
• Checking accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
• Coordinating input from stakeholders, as required
• Identifying proper contract documents and template
• Performing basic contract reviews
• Ensuring compliance to processes

• Highly motivated with a desire to Learn
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
• Applicants pursuing University level degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Finance or related area
• Internship duration at least 4 months or longer
