Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, FMCG sales and marketing.
Knowledge of Marketing Tools: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with key digital marketing tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
As we expand Okmaya’s presence in both local and international markets, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to take the lead in driving the brand’s growth, visibility, and market success.
Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand direction and strategy.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product positioning and marketing innovation.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Marketing reports and analysis.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and sales, to ensure brand value and alignment in all marketing materials and communications.
Strategic Brand & Campaign Planning:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to expand Okmaya’s brand awareness, engagement, and sales across all key markets.
Offline & Digital Marketing Execution:
- Lead and manage online marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, KOLs.
- Strategising and planning on social media contents, directions.
- Monitor digital campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and use data insights to guide content and ad strategies.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product sampling, food fairs/exhibitions, and event activations to drive trial and consumer engagement.
- Coordinate with retail partners and distributors on offline marketing support, including POS materials, shelf visibility, and seasonal campaigns.
Sales & Channel Management:
- Lead and implement growth strategies across modern trade, general trade, HORECA, and online channels.
- Manage Okmaya’s e-commerce presence (Shopee) and coordinate campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
- Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, domestic and international.
- Expand Okmaya’s presence in local and export markets through channel-specific sales initiatives.
- Assist in trade terms, pricing, listings, and promotional activities with partners and client.
New Product Launches:
- Manage the launch of new products, coordinating all marketing efforts to ensure a successful introduction to the market.
- Work closely with involved parties such as manufacturers, suppliers to ensure products are up to standard quality.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, FMCG sales and marketing.
