Responsibility
Production Department- To ensure on time & accurate updating of ‘RM Calculation’ for each production work order.
- Data entry of production work order to ERP system including Assembly Order, Assembly Issue & Assembly Receipt.
- Scan & filling of finalized work order, both softcopy & hardcopy.
- To coordinate with Production, Maintenance & scrap collectors for scrap collection.
- To ensure on time updating of workers’ overtime and attendance record in the server.
- To prepare weekly RM & PM stock report.
- To issue PR according to information provided by Production Manager.
- To follow up on the ETA / receiving of local ordered RM & PM
- To issue PR for the spare parts, PPE & consumable according to information of Production/Maintenance/QA Assistant Manager
- To ensure on time & accurate updating of MIDA report.
- To ensure on time & accurate updating of M3 report.
- Updating of product cold sample data.
- To closely monitor the stock of LFO & update daily on the Production Office white board.
- To obtain LFO quotation from supplier and issue PR for the LFO.
- To coordinate with Maintenance Executive on the delivery of LFO.
- To monitor, coordinate & order the pantry items for factory.
- To monitor the stock of A4 paper.
- To monitor & upkeep the condition of Photostat machine.
- General Administration work of factory’s office.
- Monthly stock count for RM & PM.
- Other responsibilities that delicate from time to time.
Education / experience
General administration and computer knowledge
Requirement- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- At least 1-3 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Highly meticulous and have creative and analytical thinking skills as well as a good team player, self-disciplined and strong communication skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft application
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
