Sales Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting our engineering products and services to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical consultation and product presentations to clients, ensuring they understand how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively driving sales opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
