- Coordinate with service providers for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Keep the office environment organized and ensure common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Data Management and Record-Keeping:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, maintaining proper records as required.
