Senior Business Development Manager - Ampang Jaya

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with experience in client acquisitions through selling software solutions, enterprise services, and digital transformation services to create sustainable differentiation in the market by driving and supporting the current partner ecosystem, as well as identifying, contracting, onboarding, and driving new business revenue growth.

1. Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

• Leads the development and management of the company’s key partnerships, including principal vendors and distributors, with a focus on expanding sales opportunities and enhancing market presence in next-generation infrastructure.

1. Partner Relationship Management

• Cultivates and sustains high-value alliances through structured initiatives such as joint account planning, co-hosted marketing events, and coordinated partner activities to ensure mutual value creation.

1. Pipeline & Go-To-Market Strategy

• Identifies and develops early-stage pipeline opportunities, collaborating with the account management team across the full sales cycle, from pre-sales engagement (solutioning, pricing discussions) to deal closure.

1. Client-Centric Solutions

• Supports client acquisition by positioning outcome-based solutions aligned with strategic priorities across multiple industries, leveraging deep business landscape insights.

1. Multilingual Communication

• Mandarin proficiency (must-have) for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners, alongside English and Bahasa Malaysia.
