Accountant (Finance)

Education:

• Degree/ Advance Diploma in Business Studies/ Accounting/ Finance or related field.
• Must have ACCA credential.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Accountant/ Senior Accountant.
• Preferably involved in group consolidation preparation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, possess initiative and able to work independently. Able to work with all levels of employees and is a team player.
• To handle full spectrum of group consolidated functions in accordance with statutory requirements.This includes timely preparation of the financial and management reports on monthly/ quarterly basis.
• To perform detailed analysis of actual results against past trends and approved budgets, with close interaction with other finance managers/ finance executives and other departments colleagues.
• To assist in the preparation of quarterly reports announcements, segment reports, annual reports and any other ad-hoc reports that are required by the superior and/ or head of department.
• To assist in establishing, reviewing and updating of group accounting policies and procedures to be in line with the changes in business requirements and the changes of relevant financial reporting standards and etc.
• To monitor and handle full sets of accounts of certain overseas operations, includes overseas branches and subsidiaries.
• To carry out any other duties or ad-hoc assignments (including any corporate exercise) and any other job functions as and when required by the superior and/ or head of department.
