About the Role:

The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of the EMEA Contract Management, while driving quality and contract management execution within business unit ensuring SLA & Business KPIs are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Input for project / contract (details) setup in ERP.
• Collect and submit contract data.
• Manage / monitor query resolution related to Contract Management.
• Checking accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
• Coordinating input from stakeholders, as required.
• Identifying proper contract documents and template.
• Performing basic contract reviews.
• Ensuring compliance to processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in Finance/SSC environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
