Corporate Sales Executive

Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (experience in office equipment, photocopiers, or IT solutions is a plus).
• Proven track record in client relationship management and sales performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Promote photocopier rental and sales solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with the support and technical teams to ensure smooth machine delivery, installation, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
