  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that engages customers.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Passion for Food: A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry and staying up-to-date with food trends and customer preferences.
  • Develop Promotional Campaigns: Create and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic to the restaurant, including special offers, limited-time discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Increase Social Media Exposure: Manage and grow the restaurant's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts that highlight menu items, events, customer reviews, and behind-the-scenes moments to generate engagement.
  • Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with food influencers or local influencers to amplify brand awareness and drive customer visits.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster a loyal online community.
  • Monitor Trends: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the restaurant remains relevant and ahead of the curve in the digital space.
