A well-established property developer with a proven track record of successful projects is now seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to join their team as they continue to launch exciting new developments.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive footfall, enhance tenant visibility, and boost mall revenue across retail, F&B, and entertainment segments.
• Collaborate with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to create and execute engaging content and promotions across digital platforms, print media, and on-ground activations.
• Plan and manage mall events and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity while enhancing shopper experience and community engagement.
• Analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or event management is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, mall management.
