A reputable property developer with a proven track record is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager to drive and support the launch of upcoming projects.
about the job- Explore and assess new business opportunities for diversification by liaising with potential partners and conducting preliminary screenings and studies of potential deals.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies and cash flow analyses for potential land acquisitions.
- Assist in setting up new business ventures, including the administration of shareholder agreements and coordination with partners, legal advisors, and other involved parties.
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring development land, including reviewing development requirements, liaising with property agents, government authorities, land offices, surveyors, valuers, and other relevant parties.
- Assist in the administration of shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and sale and purchase agreements, including coordination with vendors, lawyers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 year's working experience in property field.
Strong communication skills and a good team player.
