Diploma / Degree in HR Management
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Good communication and written in English
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System

  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records to ensure proper tracking of employee time off
  • Monitor and ensure employee adhere to company policies and work discipline
  • New employee induction briefing, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with the organization's expectations from day one
  • Arrange foreign workers Fomema medical checkup and work permit renewal.
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso, HRDF, Income Tax and others
  • Liaison with KDN, Jabatan Immigration and agent for foreign workers issue and applications document preparation.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management
